Can SN method be executed without Benzos?

If you utilize an just an antiemetic (Zofran, etc) as well as using no benzos, is the method still feasible? Also, can Ondansetron be used as an antiemetic if others are not accessible? From what I've read, Ondansetron is not on the list of recommended meds but can be just as useful if there are no other options.
Benzos aren't necessary. I think ondansetron should okay.
It's a matter of comfort whether you can tolerate the tachycardia for a few minutes and benzos make you calmer as well. Alternative is beta blockers (propanalol)
