Method SN without antiemetics?

I have a question regarding SN protocol and antiemetics. It probably is stated somewhere, but there is so much information that i miss alot of stuff, most of all reading over the sn protocols.
I have read that a lot of folks cannot manage to get a hold of antiemetics as they are hard to get and try to ctb without. I am in the same situation, i will try to follow some advice using the dark net anytime soon. But in case i cannot get any, i been thinking. When antiemetics are used to avoid vomiting, is there not any resource that would do the same that is available without prescription but may not be so effective? But maybe it would be better to use that as kind of a middle ground instead of nothing at all? I presume there are pills just to calm your stomach?

If you can't get a prescription I would at least take OTC meds. Ondansetron is one and there are plenty more. Just google search them.

I'm in the exact same spot. SN is on the way by next week and I need to get my hands on antiemetics but I don't know how to do it without my doctor getting sus and telling my family. Wondering if OTC metics are fine….

If anyone finds a way to get antimetics in the U.S w/o a perscrption pls let me know. I really dont wanna suffer but im also broke and past my breaking point and Id rather attempt as soon as possible and get out of here , getting a perscrption would not be a viable option for me as my doctor already doesnt trust me
