Bpd and cancled plans with SO

Yesterday my partner told me its her day off and we will have more time in the future as she is changing jobs. Anyway in the morning she suddenly relaized she has to go in another 12 hour shift.
Felt so sad and disappointing I ate a whole strip of lorezepam (20 mg)
It helped but it's hard to deal with. Was looking forward to having some time together..
Relationship are so tough with this stupid illness. Which I could just chill about these minor things..

Life and even people are super disappointing. I'm sorry its been rough. I had a similar situation this weekend since my partner usually comes by, and they couldn't. It wasn't their fault but it still hurts, and its hard not to be angry.
