Hey I'm trying to find the best way to CTB but I haven't done much research on it can anyone help me find the best way out ?? Or at least give some suggestions

The best way out is best chosen by you. People have different opinions on methods, some favorable, some not. Cutting wrists is probably the least favorable while SN is discussed the most. Do you want a quick painless death? Do you not care if it's painful as long as you succeed? These are decisions only you can make.

im trying to figure to out too. Nothing is 100% guaranteed death. People survive falling from bridges, hanging, hit by trains, guns, and finding SN is almost impossible. Assisted suicide isnt even legal. Fml
