Sodium nitrate vs potassium chloride?

I only have ebt no other income, I was trying to find sodium nitrate but can only find a 2lbs bag of salt mixed with 0.5% sodium nitrate, I'm not sure if that'll work or how much id have to consume. While I was looking though I found potassium chloride. I can get that one without mix ins but it doesn't sound as nice of a way to go. Does anyone have any experience with it or at least know what the timeline I'd be looking at would be if I used that method?

That won't work, you need nitrIte not nitrAte, and half a percent isn't nearly pure enough.

Sodium Nitrate is a lot different from Sodium Nitrite. It won't come close to killing you but it can cause lasting injury and disability depending on what it's mixed with.
