Hey friends, can anyone give me any insight into the asphyxiation method described in Five Last Acts? I have read the book and also many threads on this site. The book suggests it is a reliable method and that most people should be able to do it (he references a 72 year old woman who successfully ctbs from a hospital bed using a stocking). I have tried dry runs with a stocking and also a ratchet strap which I had to cut off my neck in case it went horribly right (I was not in my planned location of departure at the time). But that dry run was unexpectedly possibly successful and I panicked and I don't know if it really would have been successful. I don't feel like I have enough data on the matter and when I do it I want it to work outright and not be any more traumatic than my life already is. So can anyone shed any light on their experiences with it?
