Yesterday I was walking by the canal with my wife. We had had "words" and - as she quite often does - she was being picky, argumentative. everything was my fault (it always is). I felt myself ready to jump there and then. Only the thought of her seeing me jump and possibly finding help stopped me. Actually - only the thought of her finding help prevented me from jumping.
These days I can only sleep 2-3 hours a night as if I have to use up my time before my long sleep.
