Consider taking the meto an hour before as per the regime as it can take 30-60 mins to fully kick in. PPH suggest a light meal e.g a piece of simple toast beforehand. Apparently that helps to reduce vomiting. Can ahve 30 mins before you stat dose.

Well, I can say I certainly have not encouraged anything. I intend to be there to assist anybody who decides they've made a mistake. After taking the medication, I could understand somebody changing their mind in the matter. In that circumstance, I would intervene. I have continued to ask, time and time again, if this is truly what Rowdy wants. I have been encouraging my brother to consider any possibility of not going down this path. I do understand that this is his decision to make though. I could not forgive myself for condemning him during our final days together.

I do intend to look further into the legality of the situation, so any advice will be appreciated. Has anybody heard of any similar situations?

I've decided to post my observations from Rowdy's CTB. The post contains only relevant information about the administration of N and the effects.

All personal details about Rowdy and the attendees are left out.

• Rowdy struggled to remove the seal from the first bottle and eventually settled on cutting the seal just below the neck of bottle and peeling it off.
• He took a small sip on N and commented that it did not taste bad but +- 15 seconds later said it was really bitter.
• He coated his mouth with honey multiple times but this did not help mitigate the bitter taste of N.
• After drinking both bottles of N, he commented that the taste of N was awful and gave it a 10/10 rating on how bad it was.
• He was asleep 2 to 3 minutes after consuming two bottles worth of N.
• Stat dose of 3 meto pills.
• The N was chased by Scotch.

Rowdy stayed conscious for longer than Schevan and was able to make comments for a short time. He fell asleep suddenly and there was no gradual decline in his behaviour; I.E he was active one second and then next second he was asleep.

Schevan seemed to "give into" the N and was asleep before Rowdy despite both of them drinking the N at roughly the same time.

Please just be careful. We have a tremendous amount of data on N and it would be really sad if your friend had criminal liability. I dunno if prosecutors pursue these things. Be well and safe travels.

We have to accept that we never will and it doesn't actually matter.

The PPeH states that peaceful death occurs usually with ~ 1 - 2 hours with a few rare cases of up to 24 hours and the even rarer failure.
