SN seems to be one of the most common methods to die by assuming a lethal substance. Methadone is a very strong opioid used in MAT and for chronic pain. He can be used orally. With large amount of benzos and in high doses with the proper amount of AE it is certainly deadly for a barely opioid naive. Why nobody there discuss about this option? What are its drawbacks?
