Have everything all packed in my dorm, got my letter in the envelope and stamped, got my rope attached to my bed post so why do I feel so paralyzed on just doing it? I wish partial hanging took only a few seconds. I tried a couple times but I can't get the tension right, I'm still breathing through my nose and my head is dizzy. Why is this so hard

You don't need to force yourself, it's hard to follow through because we have instincts and because, well, most us would've still preferred things going otherwise, but we still feel we have reasons to ctb. It takes great courage to carry on, but it doesn't mean anything negative if you don't. Wishing you peace regardless of the outcome!
