Discussion When was the last time you were happy?

I honestly do not know or have any memories where at the time I was happy.

The first time I tried shrooms around this time last year. For about 2 months I felt the best I had felt since I was a kid.. been trying get more ever since, that stuff is so hard to find though and I have no social life so that makes it like 10x harder to come across

I was stoned the other day and made some spaghetti. I put some parmesan cheese on it, and it was awesome. Still had munchies so had some ice cream too. Then I came on here and joked with you guys. That was a legit happy evening.

It was around 2001-2007: I was a little girl and my mom would take me on a holiday to a farm during the summer breaks year after year. I used to know many of the other children/guests who also returned nearly every year. We spent the whole day outside. We'd play, go horse back riding, swimming in the lake or jump on a giant trampoline in one of the barns, most evenings ended with a bonfire and board games. It became kind of a magical place in my head for me which I visit whenever I'm down.

I was happy on oct 2 when I managed to get a smoking things bag made for his birthday that was just right. Also for the other presents that was fun to choose/find/make.

I came home laden with presents, he told me he would get rid of me somehow, ate the last of the cookies I had baked and never talked to me again.

And the pot of chillies I got that day have wilted, though I watered it...

Never, there was always a lot of pain in every moment of my life, even during relationships. I had a genuinely happy moment tho when I got my cat from the shelter. That was a big dream of mine since forever.

Same here. Now I think about it, I've been doomed from the beginning. Even though I wasn't suicidal until I was 11, I reckon I was depressed and anxious from a very young age.

I don´t think I´ve ever been really happy, although it´s possible to have moments of happiness and good times, while still being ultimately unhappy and miserable. Usually those good times have always included drugs or alcohol, so not sure if that counts anyway lol

Summer breaks back in highshool when I just played videogames for weeks straight. I wasn't sick with worry back then, the way I am now.
