Whats happening in the body after SN?

I keep wondering whats happening in the body after the intake of SN? Tachykardia and the other symptoms that you can read of i know but as the day comes closer i keep getting more scared.
I mean after all it is up to 4 hours and i wonder how aware one will be of all the symptoms and when one will loose conciuosness.. i know this is Individual but im just worried about these "4 long hours "..

You should lose consciousness in under 20-30 mins. That is, if you follow the correct regimen. Some go unconscious even quicker.
