At first I didn't need a trigger it was just there as part of my bpd (chronic suicidal ideation). But I love my SO and I want to be with him.... I can't be with him if I'm dead. So lately I've actually been finding myself feeling a little better, so now I have triggers.
Basically anything that causes self hate. That's my big one. I feel like there's other ones that happen now and again but I can't think of any.
