What purity of Helium do I need?

I NEED it to be painless and quick.
I have a cpap for a mask with an anti asphxiant valve I think duct tape would work enough to cover. A plastic tube with a hole size of about a usa nickel. Im desperate af right now. What else do I need to get and what do I need to know?
