If you have coal or something like that you can try the cO method, suspension..if you don't have a rope because it's a sheet or a type of wire, and also jump from somewhere very high.

yeah i could try jumping. i dont have money to buy coal or a bbq stand etc but that sounds like a good method.

so basically just light coals and then wait for it to turn white and place it into a confined space right.

but shit i live in an apartment.

You have to decide an ideal method for you in my opinion jumping would be the most peaceful method within my reach if I had how I would jump, so you could only stay under substances and jump, since the cO is more complicated..

Jumping sounds like a terrifying method to me. Actually pretty much all of the more easily accessible methods (jumping, drowning and hanging) scare me. There are simply no easy answers to this question, and anyway I'm not sure that anyone else can really tell you what method to do, it has to be a personal decision. All that anyone can do is do their own research I guess. But I very much hate how difficult suicide has to be, and I get that it can be so awful feeling trapped here when you just really wish to be gone. Suicide certainly should be easier for us.
