I really hate it when people suggest gaslighting yourself into thinking that it's all good when it sure as hell isn't, like if I'm in a shithole I can try to come up with a plan to get out if it and I'll do my best, but what some people don't realize is that not every problem is solvable or can be coped with.

I find the whole telling people to be positive way of thinking to be very invalidating to all the suffering there is in this reality, it truly is such a very cruel existence, I also just wish to be free from it.Similar threads
