Basicallyi dont want to sufficate idk whats the best way to go with out extreme pain but i cant take life anymore i cant take family hurting me again and again and again i am tired of being manipluated exploited lied to i just want out of this life but i also dont have the conviction to just spend hundreds and wait for a shipment that may get taken from me i just want something i can take when i need it if things get worse
