I have a Party Factory tank of helium that's enough to fill up to 30 balloons. (Party Factory Helium balloon gas for up to 30 balloons helium bottle 7 cu. gas). I have no idea what else I need to CTB with the helium though. I've heard that I need an exit bag and something else. How exactly do I get these things? Are things like these something you can just buy on Ebay, or do you have to make some of them yourself? And how much would it cost? I'd like to CTB before early July, so I have some time, but I'm just so ready to get this over with.
