Discussion What are your top reasons to ctb?

Health issues that may pass beyond whats a worth it live standard. Just gathering info, in case it gets so far so I know things by routine and have all things arranged. Still hoping to find another unusual cure, have been living on borrowed time from age 23 til now and would happily have some 10 years more at least. But only if its quality of life.
