Challenge 56: Pooh Pathology Test

We haven't done any personality tests and they can sometimes be a bit of fun, other times a little insightful. The Pooh test is quite interesting, based on the idea that each character could be linked to a definite psychiatric diagnosis.

I am a tie between Pooh and Tigger with heavy Rabbit and Eeyore. Basically I am a not mess. Edit: a HOT mess, not a NOT mess. Autocorrect is the bane of my existence. Sigh. If I was a NOT MESS I'd think I would never have come looking for you guys in the first place.

Eeyore experiences a constantly low mood and feelings of despair. He still has symptoms and is depressed more than necessary. He constantly sees the negative, expects bad things to happen and never tries to have a positive outlook on life. He does not try to be cheerful and lives his depression as the default state, rather than by episodic periods. His gloomy mood leads to low self-esteem and a feeling of discouragement. He has given up on recovery and accepts his condition, as if there is no hope of trying to get out. He has never had a manic episode, which excludes the possibility of bipolar disorder.

Rabbit - I don't agree with everything that's mentioned in the test results. However, I'm a perfectionist. That's right.

Pooh & Eeyore - 63%
Tigger & Christopher Robin - 50%
Piglet - 43%
Roo - 37%

Kinda fits though - I feel all over the place and that bits of everything feel semi-relevant but nothing actually 'fits'. (No formal diagnoses - only 'dyslexia' from around when I started uni but that also doesn't feel overly relevant).

Maybe I should aim to go back and visit Ashdown Forest again soon and just go hide out in all the Hundred Acre Wood locations. Its not far from where I grew up (SE England). Word of advice though - take your own twigs for playing pooh sticks. There's no low branches or sticks on the floor anywhere near pooh bridge any more!!!

Also I find it so dark, the Idea the Christopher is schizofrenic, it makes the whole thing so dark...Omg

I'm Piglet (77% - Anxiety), Rabbit (67% - OCD) and Eeyore (60% - Depression). Not a surprise at all.

Very random, from two weeks ago, but this is how i's going... I am not 100% happy with it, but as CatLvr said, I am trying to enjoy the process. I had never done anything like this, this complicated. It was a little crammed. Didn't do my best at organizing the direction of the crows, but it's ok. Thanks for the prompt

What a great thread, I'll jump in with the Pooh test.



I've always been anxiety-ridden. Diagnosed with OCD ~20 years ago and it's always in the background of my thoughts.

You have done a great job!! You actually have a really good "flow" across the page, as well as a good mix of different details amongst the crows which creates a secondary flow on across the page from the tree. I would challenge you to continue on and continue doing a new page, but same basic design every day, or every other day, for another 30 days and see where you are then. I think you will be AMAZED at how much of a change 30 days of consistent work will get you.

Also, and this is not a criticism at all, but an observation -- I would consider scooting the moon a little one way or the other so it is not centered on the page. I think you will find it helps your eye see the overall picture better, instead of calling attention to itself by being so "front and center".

You have a TON of potential. I do not think you give yourself near enough credit.

Hi I can't send private messages, but I wanted to share some ideas I had for the Weekly challenge. Idk if they are any good or have been done already, and so Carac feel free to ignore them if you don't like them.

But essencially I had three Ideas:

1. Do a small act of kindness to a stranger. ( be it helping an old lady carrying her groceries; Giving so money to charity; idk if that is common where you live, but here it somewhat common to have people selling small things like gummy candy or Paçoca on the stop lights/traffic lights, usually 1 buck. that kind of stuff)

2. Read something. It can be anything, a book, Manga, comicbook; short-story; just anything that is at least 10 pages long.

3. (This one caters to my ADHD fellows) watch something from your watch-later tab on Youtube.
