• Hey Guest,

An update on the OFCOM situation: As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. OFCOM, the UK’s communications regulator, has singled out our community, demanding compliance with their Online Safety Act despite our minimal UK presence. This is a blatant overreach, and they have been sending letters pressuring us to comply with their censorship agenda.

Our platform is already blocked by many UK ISPs, yet they continue their attempts to stifle free speech. Standing up to this kind of regulatory overreach requires lots of resources to maintain our infrastructure and fight back against these unjust demands. If you value our community and want to support us during this time, we would greatly appreciate any and all donations.

Why doesn't anyone ever ask me if I'm okay? I ask if everyone else is. No one seems to care about how feel even though I try my best to care about them. I like making people laugh. I like when people enjoy having me around. But why doesn't anyone seem to care about me? What do I have that's fundamentally wrong with me? What makes me different from other people that no one wants to care or even tries? I don't know. I just want someone to care about me. I have lots of friends. Close ones too. But I feel like I'm not taken seriously. Obviously I don't want to be thought of like a businessman, or a CEO, but I atleast want to be in the back of someone's mind when they do or say something. I want to be someone's priority.

You know people are mostly focused on themselves. Most don't care about others in a deep level. Can be a good thing. For example I used to have social anxiety. But now I don't. Because I know noone really gives a fuck if I make a fool out of myself.

This. Sadly, if you become support for others, especially by cheering them up then not many people would be able to even suspect that there's something bad going on with your soul. They will most likely assume that since you are making them laugh and feel good, you must feel good inside too so there's no need for "are you okay" question.

Also, as bipolar22 wrote, people nowadays are so self centered that empathy became almost extinct. Almost, because there are still people like you, who try to uplift others, regardless of internal struggles.
