Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

just wanted to get something off my chest: my suicidal ideation is so strong right now haha. i'm glad to be able to post this and say this out loud without being scared of someone immediately locking me up in a psych ward. like i've been in therapy but i still see these flashes of me, dead, in so many different ways. how to cope with this? any tips that have worked for you guys?

Honestly, I'm in your same boat. I'm also in therapy but I'm too much of a coward to actually put in the work to fix myself. If anything I would use distractions but that only lasts for so long. It sucks cuz you'd think this would be something you could mention to a therapist but it doesn't work that way

i'm sorry to hear that. i also use distractions but like you said, they're temporary. i try studying as a distraction or scrolling social media but it doesn't take my mind off things well. i wish i could mention this to my therapist but he would probably hospitalize me, maybe that's what i need lol
