Updated my method for the 23rd of this month

I've changed my method and I will state it here for reference if anyone is considering the same rought
- anti emetics
- 70mg of Xanax oral
- 2 grams of fentanyl anally or "boofed"
- snort 1 gram of fentanyl
- oral 1 gram of fentanyl

Assuming after the boofing I have enough time I move pretty quick so I would assume so

Drug is from dw and I have zero tolerance to any of them i EXPECT this will be pain-free and peaceful

I have been seeing more forum members lately going the Fent route, I honestly think is better than SN if you are fortunate enough to have access to it somehow. Peace out fellow traveler.

I think it's infinitely better but just riskier I don't want to feel my heart beating threw my chest and the insane panic that must be a sn od. I want to be out cold boom bam dead.

With three routes, it seems fairly likely to me that one dose will kick in and knock you out before you can take an overdose.

Id say give it at least 6h

I'm not very knowledgeable but here's my humble advice:

- Check if the opioid you plan to snort (F or whatever) is water-soluble enough - if it's not, intranasal bioavailability may be too low

- Have you considered topical route with DMSO?
