I just tried to order from one website and it does not ship to UK. Just to get that one thing done is such an effort and then foiled!

There are sellers on Etsy that sell it but they ship from abroad so you run the risk of customs catching it. Up to you if you want to take that chance..

Yes I found it on dark web and I searched the marketplace for UK suppliers to UK me to avoid customs.
