Training my body to not vomit sn

I was thinking (again, probably stupid):
Since SN causes vomiting, can one train their body to not vomit it?
For an example, my meds, at their current dosage will straight out kill an unprepared man.
In a very fucking painful and absolutely not peaceful manner. And that's assuming you DO manage to eat the entire box before passing out.
Can I train my body in the same manner, except not with SN (so that I don't develop tolerance)?

Anti emetic is there to prevent vomiting. If you insist of "practicing", you can try drinking salty water since the taste would be similar.

I'm asking for this weird ass route as I can't seem to find anyone selling metro that reaches me.
