tired of psychosis episodes and delusions

i had 5 psychosis episodes so far and each one simply destroys me in and out. i recently had a psychosis episode dec end and recovered 2 weeks back. i don't know what's reality and whats fake anymore. the problem is im way too dumb to even kill myself :( tried euthunasia clinics in swiss but no luck.

I'm so sorry to hear you're going through this. I hope things get better for you soon. Also, suicide methods are difficult to understand as well as execute since there is so much to account for (on top of how mentally exhausting it is). That being said, I don't think anyone is "too dumb to kill themselves," though I've had that thought about myself before.
