Hello, thanks so much for the wishes it means a lot , I just took the ibuprofen , about 800 mg dose because the one I had came in 400 mg capsules so I took 2. I must admit this is scarier than I thought

I took the last metoclopramide doses , so far everything feels ok.

I just sprayed my favorite perfume on myself and over my bed , it smells good . I have mixture feelings of peace / nostalgia and fear. both tears of happiness and sadness.

thank you , I have thought about this and I do feel ready , I'm ok with these sad / happy feelings they seem fitting. thank you.

I took 8 * 1000 mg tums tablets , and now I opened the SN bottle; at the top of it the salt was a bit hard so I had to break it with a spoon. I melted 30 mg SN in the measuring cup with 90 ml of water. it melted pretty quickly after mixing.

right after melting the salt , the water is a murky white color , but after a few minutes it cleared up and now has a yellowy color to it

I can't imagine how you're feeling. I mean, I'm feeling a mix of hopeful and anxious for you. Though, I think I could be projecting though bc I one day want to be doing what you're doing.
