Help There's a probably, that someone is watching over me?

Someone knows if this site/forum sends alerts, or if someone could have hacked me (maybe someone of my family) 'cause, everytime I enter to this site, someone calls me, or messages me randomly. I'm medicated, so I'm shure it's not a paranoid reaction. But I'm shure there's a pattern, maybe a casualty pattern. But someone could give me an advice to find if someone is watching over me? I use a phone without a company phone service chip (I have two phones), and a supossed incognito browser. But I know this is not enough to "cover my steps".

Change your password. In privacy setting, uncheck Show your online status. Also deactivate any email notifications for threads you are watching (if you have any). Then see if you still have the same issue.
