Help The time I tried the bottle of N, it turned pink. Can someone explain to me why?

Regarding the title, the time I tried N and when I spit the liquid into a glass, the liquid turned pink, I would like to know why this happened, and also this happened with an expired bottle so I would like to know if the same thing happens with a bottle that has not expired.
