I'm officially an old man now.
The local kids play out around the back of my house and they've been running over the bank and terracing I've been building and round the back of the garage where I keep the compost bins.
I actually don't mind, but they may wreck the work I've been doing (they already trashed the bricks supporting the composters), but more importantly, I'm fearful that they may slip on the muddy bank or loose rocks and hurt themselves.
So today, I shouted at a bunch of them to get off.
And...it made zero difference, they were all back later.
I'm starting to wish I'd left it all overgrown. It's not my land or my responsibility, I just decided it looked shit and wanted to improve it.
Now I'm going to have to find some gates or something and if they do trash stuff, just accept it. They're just being kids and having fun after all. Though they do drop their sweet wrappers all over the place, but then that's the world we live in, everything is disposable and someone else will clear up the mess.

I have never been blocked and unblocked repeatedly by 1 person as much as my ex has. It's rather comical at this point

In other news I've started making progress on my indie game again. I'm also nearly done with the new fire pit I've been making. I might try to finish the fire pit and put it to use today.

I know man it's gona be pretty awesome. We dug a circle around it and filled it with gravel. The idea being that it retains more heat. It's basically done now so I should be able to enjoy it tonight.

I just managed to snaffle five bags full of plants, now it's pissing it down and they are all out in the back yard in carrier bags. Oh well, at least they won't dry out.

Not sure, bit they look like annuals of some sort, which means they will die with the first frost. People usually chuck them out in autumn when the flowers fade. I potted them up in the rain. Which made me angry. Which is not the idea at all.

Thx. I'm a basket case because of work. I wish I could quit, it's making my health problems a lot worse. But I am too depressed to every apply for and get another job. So I'm stuck.

Even if someone gave me a new job without asking me to make an application or going through an interview, I'd still have to learn the new job, meet new people etc. I am in no shape to do anything like that. Yeah it can be. I got my associate's a few months ago though stressful too since I landed in the psych ward many times because of it. My major would be computer science/game design

No, but I'm going to. I've been mostly focused on my health recently. Just completed a thing for my gastroenterologist appointment (prior history)
