Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I eat meat and sausages with
sn (E250) every day. Should I stop eating meat for a while before taking sn? Should I go on a diet or do something similar? I'd also be interested in knowing how to lower my red blood cells, as I had a lot of them when I had a blood test, and I think they might interfere with the sn. I don't know. Any help?.
I'm very afraid that having too many red blood cells will interfere with the effectiveness of the sn, and eating meat will also interfere with it. Does anyone understand this, please? Thanks 🫶💔

Thank you. I'm afraid of everything, even that.

I believe the other poster to be entirely correct. I don't know of a "tolerance" build up with SN such as is the case with some drugs.

You do have to fast for like 6-8 hours and be sure to stop any water intake 2 hours prior to ingestion. I'll be doing mine in a motels or faraway place haven't decided yet.

Thanks. I'll also start a vegetarian diet months in advance and avoid meat and anything containing E250. Also, iron, but everything has iron. I've read about functional phleblotomy or should I become a blood donor?

SN isn't something you can build up tolerance to. There is no reason to cut it out of your diet.

In the doses typically recommended, it won't matter how many red blood cells you have. If you're very tall or heavy, then a slightly higher dose is recommended.

There are ways you can reduce your RBC count, but I think that's a bad idea that won't significantly increase your chances of success. Being anaemic is unpleasant. Vegans often become anaemic due to Vitamin B12 deficiency, but that takes many months because of your body's stores of B12! Iron deficiency is a little quicker, especially if you menstruate.

You should become a blood donor in any event, unless you have a medical reason not to.

I won't give my full thoughts on these sorts of long-term "gold plated" suicide plans, because if I did then I think that would constitute encouraging suicide. There's good reason to encourage proper planning, but there's also a paradoxical relationship between planning and success.

I'm so happy for you. I wish I could leave the house for the CTB too. Unfortunately, I have to do it at home with my family, and I'm overprotected because of the risk... I'm planning it as best I can, and my hours would be reduced to less than 8 with the SN, unfortunately. 💔

Thanks for everything, but honestly, I don't know how to make everything turn out as well as possible.

Following the SN protocol gives the best chance of success. Most who do succeed.
