the only ideas i ever had with that sort of worry in mind are too outlandish... hiring a hitman to kill you is something that could only work in a 007 movie, you can't die from anaphylatic shock if you don't have allergies, there is no way to convincingly pretend you just happened to trip and fall off a cliff...
Any time an unexpected death occurs there will be an investigation into it. And with modern technology almost anything you do will almost definitely be figured out and ruled as a suicide. Playing it off as an accident or even murder would be near impossible.

Over and over again members of this forum ask for this question, over and over again the answer is the same: it is nearly impossible, works only in movies.
most common accidental deaths are poisoning, falls, and car accidents. maybe try something in that vain? rock climbing accident, falling while hiking, driving ( in a desolate area, so you dont hit anyone else ) while the roads are covered in ice
