I fully support having a CTB clinic, of course with safeguards and protections in place to ensure people don't abuse it, be coerced, or otherwise may regret their decision. Forever Sleep covered a lot of good points already, and as far as people who are choosing it, I would say the minimum age is when one is an legal adult (able to vote, have full rights as a citizen, and many more, etc.). Of course, also having options for recovery as well, such as counseling, therapy, and medical services aimed for recovery (for those who changed their mind or are second-guessing their decision), though these services should be voluntary and not pushed or mandated on the individual (because forced treatment itself is a big cause for reinforcing the stigma, pushing people with serious ideation further underground, and last but not least, the desperation that cause people to choose really brutal methods as well as possibly causing collateral damage to those around them such as CTB by cop, CTB via train, CTB jumping into the streets, etc.).
So in short, the overall benefit of having such clinics (with tight regulations, safeguards, and protections in place of course) greatly outweigh the harms caused by not having them.
