I have to really ctb asap actually I have tried to vsed and now I am almost just able to walk to my toilet can't even walk to Mail box. I know a source and due to my life circumstances I on a close watch from psych crisis team.. is there a way to ctb successful with sn without the protocol? I can't get meds from dr.. would be so grateful if there was a way to get them.. I am in the Netherlands. My story is very eloborate and I really need help 😭lost everything.. career, almost homeless etc..
