I get the irony, but I've heard it from multiple people similar thoughts now and personally I think life, if you don't like it, which I think many of us don't, is torture in itself. Living in pain and suffering everyday with no hope to get out, is definitly a form of SH, if you have a reasonable and painless way to ctb and the only thing holding you back is the need to punish yourself. I don't know if any of that even makes senseSimilar threads
