Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Thank you this is useful to know. I'll need to stick around until my mom is still here, hopefully I can make it.

I can't find anything regarding SN stability while it's out of the container, does it lose its efficiency immediately and that's why no one discusses this? How long can I live the salt in a glass or the finished solution before drinking it without worrying?
Very interested by this questions also

Thanks

It's very variable and depends on environmental conditions - temperature, humidity, volume / area of substance exposed; so can't really be answered with any credibility. Personally I wouldn't think they'll be much SN left in an open container after a few weeks - as it doesn't take long for complete oxidation to occur.

Does anyone know how hard it is to break up the clumping of SN? I have a bottle that has not been opened but I notice it firmed up. I worry if I hit it, it may break the container.

I don't know whether your SN is as clumped as mine was but I couldn't break up the clumping with a knife. Instead, I put the SN on a hard surface and ground it up by applying firm pressure with a glass, which worked well. But that may be unnecessary. If the container is of decent quality it shouldn't break when you hit it I think, unless you go real crazy on it. Just to be sure though, you could have a back-up storage container in case the other one is damaged, ideally one made of glass and with an airtight seal (this is a better storage container anyway for if you want to store it long-term).

Put it in a sturdy bag an gently roll it with a rolling pin. Then put it in an airtight container with a desiccant, to remove extra moisture.
