If i were to try and CTB by stabbing myself with a knife where should i stab myself for good results?

Neck, looking for the arteries.

I attempted by stabbing and slashing my neck but as you can see I'm still here. Wouldn't recommend it since the pain is really intense and well... its pretty hard to stab your own flesh.

Your pain reflex and SI are going to kick in extremely quickly with something like this, and that's assuming you manage to muster the strength and willpower needed to do it fatally. If you're set on using a knife or sharp object than wrist slit and bleed out is the best option.

i would not recommend it as others have said , too painful, messy and difficult. Btw nice username.

Do bear in mind that the collateral damage if you introduce a sharp knife to your wrist may cause long term problems. You'd be advised to carefully consider your methodology just in case all does not end as you had wished because severed tendons and nerves are not what you want to end up with.

Cutting is painful and not easy to do. Wouldn't recommend.

Well, there have been many people who took the expression "to fall on one's sword" rather literally. However, I would urge you NOT to do this. I know people who have been stabbed, and it is extremely painful. It's also not that effective, and you would need to hit either an artery or a major organ. In the case of the latter, the pain would be exquisite, and death would take some time.

Once again, do not do this.
