Hi,
Planning on SN, wanting to combine it with doing mushrooms. The way I usually do mushrooms is to ingest a chocolate bar, but it looks like the SN method requires fasting. If I eat a small chocolate bar (2/5 size of normal bar, roughly) will that interfere with SN being effective?
Thank you.

I don't think that a small amount of chocolate would be an issue in regards to fasting. The biggest issue I see with it is that mushrooms can induce nausea.

I have also considered using psychedelics as a part of ctb, but I personally have grown to feel that this is just adding more variables and possible chaos that would make following a protocol challenging.

Thanks! I do a lot of mushrooms and the nausea usually isn't so bad for me, so I think it will be OK. Just want to make sure it doesn't interfere with the effectiveness of the SN. Thank you.

As far as I know, there isn't anything in mushrooms that would interfere with SN. May you find what you're looking for, in the way that is fit for you.

Vomiting is a common side effect of ingesting SN. Considering the fact that magic mushrooms are know to cause nausea and vomiting, I'd recommend against it. Even if you haven't had issues with nausea in the past that doesn't mean that those issues can't potentially pop up sometimes later on. I never had issues with nausea from shrooms at the beginning. Then, at some point, I started to feel nauseous from using them. I've had two trips before where I've vomited because of them.
