SN mode for a successful CTB - bus ride

Please advise which schedule to use for a successful CTB SN.
What I have for this method:
Metoclopramide
Ibuprofen
SN and accurate electronic scales (0.1 grams).
For SI and benzo I know, but they are not required
I can fast for 8 hours without problems (stomach is healthy)

Some people say Stan's manual is outdated.

Stan is still the best guide. But the important thing is keeping SN in your small intestine.
So fast from any food for 24 hours. Then limit your water intake for the last 8 hours. This is to lessen the chance of vomiting.
The next most important part is not being found by others for atleast 6-8 hours. Some people got saved because they are found within the first few hours. So do it somewhere you know you cannot be found immediately. Or if your SI kicked in and called for help.
Preparing atleast two mix is also helpful so that if ever you vomited or still conscious after 20 minutes, you can drink the second mix and so on.

Thank you for your reply. Is it better to refuse food for 24 hours before taking SN? Did you understand correctly?

Yes. Refusing any food solid or even soup for 24 hours can help to flush your digestive system empty. This will help for the sn mixture to pass through it faster and easier. It also help in reducing the probably of vomiting. But SN is still a poison so your system will still try to push it out.

24h can be counterproductive, because you will be hungry and you will feel worse. I will choose the 8-12h fast.

Thanks for the reminder. I need to edit my topic a bit, they are not reliable. The problem is that they will have different decay times. The number of capsules is from 20 to 30. The whole process can take a long time. I don't want to be a guinea pig. The only plus is that with them there will be no vomiting and an unpleasant taste that do not scare me in any way.

I didn't understand why Metoclopramide should be taken a few days in advance. The whole schedule is not clear to me yet. I need help with my medication schedule
