My Goodbye Thread: My SN Protocol - Planning on CTB on Friday, March 13/14 - Questions

The day has finally come. I don't know what comes after this, what will happen to everyone I knew. I hope they all do well in life and don't experience the things I have gone through.

Here is the protocol I am following. Any advice and tips would be appreciated.

- Friday, March 13: 11am - I will have my last meal, probably some fruits - this should be about a 11 hour food fast
- Friday, March 13: 9pm - This is the latest I will drink any plain water, might not drink any after I have the fruits, depending on how I feel
- Saturday, March 14: 12am - I will take 30 mg of meto with 3mg of xanax together with some water

I will wait 40 minutes. During the wait time, I will prepare 3 cups of SN, 50ML of water with 25 grams of SN each

I am thinking of pre-measuring 25 grams and putting it in small ziplock bags, so all I have to do later is just add each bag into the water

- Saturday, March 14: 12:40 am - I will drink the first cup of SN, chew mint gum, and lie on my right side on the bed.

Will keep 2 extra cups nearby in case I vomit

Questions:
- I have already tested by taking 0.5 mg and 1 mg of xanax, it didn't make me feel much, just helped a bit with overthinking and helped me sleep. I hope 3 mg is not too much, especially since I heard that mixing Xanax with Meto makes the effects stronger.

- I am confused if I should follow the 2-day regimen of having Meto 3 times on day before every 8 hours, 2 times on day on the day of every 8 hours + 3 right before the SN.

- I am thinking of just taking 10 mg meto with 0.5mg xanax a day before, just to see how I react to it and how it makes me feel, Thoughts on this?

- Do I need to crush the Benzo Xanax and Meto before taking it or is pill form fine with some water?

- Also, do I need to add painkillers like Tylenol, or will the xanax with meto be enough? I heard adding Tylenol with the Xan and Meto causes an increased chance of vomiting.

If you don't see me replying to this thread a week after March 14, its safe to assume I was successful. I will be active here on the day of, and might provide live updates.

i have read that its 4 mg of alprazolam that makes you not fear death but not too drowsy. but it depends on the weight of person. but i would take 4 anyway. but you can not trust me

anyway your protocol is pretty solid

you can try taking meto with alprazolam a day before, it wont do any harm i guess

Xanax is extremely bitter, I think taking it in pill form would be ok.

Both works, according to Stan's guide, but 2-day regimen is a way to really prevent vomiting.

Just pill form and some water is fine.

It's not essential, you can proceed without it, but it's a way to reduce the discomfort of this method.

meto you should definitely take before drinking the SN, but i thought xanax didn't need to be taken before? like you could take it right before or right after, to avoid the risk of it making you unconscious.

maybe take some xanax 40 minutes before (a safe amount that you know won't knock you out), then right after drinking the SN, you take more.

I wanted to do the blood test to make sure the sn is high quality, tried poking my finger with a pin for so long, I couldn't get myself to do it.

I just hope it's potent enough and the blood test another member on this thread did is legit.

Hey, just seeing this now. Since you're holding off, that should give you time to test your SN. Not with the blood test, but with the nitrite strip test.

I just feel a lot less stressed knowing that I have everything I need to do it when or if the time comes. The sn ended up coming from both dsl and mic. Panicked ordered from mic when dsl shipping was taking long.

I just hope things change for my career wise and financially, as that's my last hope
