Seems remarkably easy to acquire stuff in Poland. Ordered SN with no effort at all.
Buying SN back in Australia was peskier due to oversea shipping from some AliExpress-like site.
Also, apparently one of the most common OTC anti-emetics here (Ranitidine) was pulled back recently due to contamination with a carcinogenic substance. GG...
They replaced Ranitidine with Famotidine though and it's still OTC.

Famatadine is Pepsid ac otc in USA. Does that still work or not strong enough for od on pills.

Propranolol question:

So I know this is considered non-necessary to SN regimens, I just want to understand how this works. In relationship to what death is like on SN. I'm completely ignorant here, but my understanding is that the SN gets into the stomach, gets into the bloodstream, messes with how blood carries oxygen, which causes the heart to pump faster to compensate ( gotta get more oxygen, right? )

And this tachycardia is why people once suggested something like Propranolol. The part I don't understand very well is, supposedly this slowing down of the heart's response to the blood oxygen problem, slows down loss of consciousness? And that's... bad, because more unpleasant symptoms? Or is it bad for some other reason?

My thinking here is that a longer period before consciousness is lost, means more opportunity to succeed in drinking a second cup if vomiting is to occur. But if it's only consciousness, and you're totally lethargic, can't move your arms, and unable to drink the second glass anyway ( despite being conscious), then there would be no point at all, right?

It has me thinking that maybe the real solution to vomitting is to drink such a large dose that one will die regardless if they vomit or not. But... who knows, this method is still in its infancy and I think as long as this method gets time to mature (And presuming SN is available) the future will have much more improved and reliable techniques to use SN with.

Could someone with better understanding chime in?

There are now drugs available that are 1000 x as powerful as fentanyl. One simple tablet would suffice.

anyone has tips for to swallow the sn drink the easiest? going to use 30 grams (i'm pretty tall) dissolved with water, but can any one give me tips on how to swallow with most ease,

like, should i use more water than what's recommended for that amount (60-120 ml) to decrease the taste (like 200ml+)?
or maybe to have more water prepared as soon as i finish the drink to stop me from vomiting
or to use a sweet drink perhaps (one without sugar but with a sweetener, as i know sugar damage the absorption)?
and just general tips on how to drink it with a bit more ease if you know of anything.

also, should i just mix it in the water with a spoon like regular suger? (i know it sound silly but idk)

P.S i have an antiemetic so that's no problem (metoclopramide)

I have SN, i have metoclopramide and i need something to reduce acid levels and ibuprofen and …and… and…

A serious question;

A lot of stuff is to prevent vomiting or increase absorption in the stomach but why has noone mentioned enemas? Wouldnt it eliminate a lot of complications? When i was looking into ctb by aspirin found cases where people simply used enemas and increased absorption folds and folds again.

I am thinking getting a simple enema kit, there are even kits for colonoscopy etc and use it? You cannot vomit, absorption is much better AND faster, no need to consider acid levels or dopamine levels, it is a bit harder but not impossible. Anyone cares to comment?

I can't remember where l read it but there has been successes using an enema. Seriously thinking of it myself
