I've orderdd everything except benzos and sleep meds too..can't get them. I wondder if overcounter sleep meds would be Better than nothing? Not sure how much to take as I know high doses of meds can cause paradoxical effect..

I suggested this to someone else but if you don't have ADD / and/or a tolerance you can try benadryl. That's what's in Tylenol PM that makes the "PM" part make you sleepy (wow that was a really poorly phrased sentence. You know what I mean). It doens't make ME sleepy (a dose of benadryl is 25mg and I once took 200mg because of an allergic reaction and it didn't make me even yawn because I have ADD and everything is kinda reversed when you have it).

ETA my mom is neurotypical (AKA she doesn't have ADD) and 50mg benadryl knockers her flat on her ass for like 9 hours.

I would really like to know this too. I have *never* taken an antiemetic of any sort. I got some Primperan via eBay, but I only got only one pack of 20 x 10mg, so I don't have many to 'experiment' with. As it's supposed to be 30mg prior to taking the SN, that means I wouldn't have enough to take 30mg every 8 hours over 2 days.

Will one larger dose regime be okay?

I only got 20 too and wasted 4 on a failed attempt. Passed out from psych med OD before taking the SN

From what I read the interval regime for drug OD would not be 30mg 3x a day, but 10mg 3x a day for 2 days, every 8 hours.

Anyone correct me if wrong please.

Ah, okay, so that's 3 tablets a day over 2 days. Total of 6 tablets. Leaving more than enough for the day taking SN. That's cool to know.

The dose also depends on who's advice you follow and which antiemetic you have.

Can be 10, 15 to 20mg.
The final dose is the last dose on day2.
If you go for 48 hours.

Trying to get antiemetic where I am would be too much of a trouble, so I decided to skip this part despite of some reports of vomiting (the people died despite of if).

My steps will be:

1. Fasting for at least 8 hours;
2. Take Tagamet (Cimetidine) 30 min before;
3. Take 20mg of SN in less than 100mL of water.

I guess that's it, right?

However, the less complicated place I found still made me pay a small fee for the transportation of "dangerous substances", so I'm guessing there are going to be warnings on the package, and this might become a big problem for me.

I currently live in a place where the deliveries don't come directly to my house, and if there are warnings on the package, the people receiving it will certainly question me about it.

I don't think saying that I intend to cure some kind of meat with it is going to convince them, so I'm trying to talk to the seller to find a way of picking up the product somewhere other than where I live.

I can't be too pushy about it, as the seller would probably figure that something is off, so I will just cancel the order if I don't get the choice of picking it up.

Another idea I had was to receive the product in a hotel instead. I could stay on it for one or two nights by the date of the delivery and tell the reception that I am waiting for a package.

Opinions?

Opening a PO Box would be cheaper and easier than staying in a hotel waiting for your package to arrive.

i received mine the same way with warning on the a big box that its toxic, the box is like 20 times bigger than the bottle itself, i don't know why they did that and they made me pay alot of money for it, it cost me 120$ to receive it.

Please walk an hour outside for me since I am unable to, you'll feel better and won't take granted the power of muscle which I do not have. I hope death brings life because I want to play baseball with my Dad again.

I take a med with tardiv dyskinesia as a potental side effect from long-term use. I told thmI don't care as long as Igot some sleep! (Thorazine, 400mg / night for the past 9 years)

I think it take regular usage to see that side effect. It is highly unlikely you'd get it after trying it (not to mention you'd hopefully be dead and not have to deal with it anyway..

The PPH recommends a stat dose of 4x10mg metoclopramide 30 minutes before taking the SN. So you should be OK.

I've had tardive dyskinesia from two anti-psychotics I've tried. It hasn't been a big deal - just my fingers and toes wanting to move. But I've mostly had control over it, and it's been mild. I guess having some experience with it makes it not scary to me.

I am a 31 y.o. healthy F, 120 lbs/56 kg, 5'6/168 cm.

My approach, based on the PPH handbook + my own modifications, will be:

- First thing in the morning, empty stomach. Probably skip dinner the night before.
- Towel with plastic underneath on my bed, in case of an accident.
- 5x10mg metoclopramide & 800mg Tagamet 30 minutes before.
- 3 Excedrin (my favorite headache/migraine medicine) 20 minutes before.
- 15g SN dissolved in 50-60 ml water (about 1/2 cup).
- Under the covers. Consciousness should be lost within 5-12 minutes, I think. Good night!

I'm sorry you are unable to walk but i don't Think people would be on a site like this if they were not severely suffering and if a walk made feel better. I can walk but I'm absolutely tortured by a condition no one can see. I don't want to die either.

I hope it is lost quickly..800mg tagamet? Is it not 400mg?

I've only seen the May or June 2018 PPH, where he suggests sodium bicarbonate (not Tagamet). I have taken the idea of 800mg Tagamet as a replacement from this forum, but haven't read it myself.

Does anyone else want to weigh in? Which PPH version is your source for the Tagamet suggestion + dosage?
