SN dosage clarification

SN Bible - 25gm SN in 50 -100 ml of plain water is the ppeh standard upto 100kgs, 35grams SN for more than 100kgs

Stan's Guide:
20gm in 50ml of plain water if you consider yourself a regular size

25gm in 50 ml of plain water if you consider yourself a large size.

I'm 230lb, so based on this table, I should take 25g

I'm a 20 year old man if that matters

Based on the table and the info in SN bible I'd go with a little bit higher dosage than 25 g

On the BODYWEIGHT section, on the 3rd column where it says "ST / LB". What does it mean exactly? I know LB is pounds. What is the ST?

Stone. Example I weigh 10 stone. It's common in the UK to talk in stones.

I do stones and ibs rather than KG
