Need advice on Olanzapine and Oxazepam dosage/timing for SN

I'm planning to use Sodium Nitrite and I want to incorporate sedatives/anti-emetics for the process. I currently have Olanzapine and Oxazepam but I'm not sure of the best way to use them.

Could you help me figure out:
1. What is the recommended dosage for Olanzapine and Oxazepam?
2. When should I take them relative to the Sodium Nitrite (timing)?

I want to make sure I have the right information before I proceed. Thanks in advance.

Tentative SN Protocol:
-8 hours: minimum time to start fast for solids
-??? hours: take ???mg oxazepam
-??? hours: take ???mg olanzapine
-2 hours: minimum time to start fast for liquids
Drink 25g SN in 50mL of water
(Drink backup cup of 25g SN in 50mL of water if I vommit)
After SN: send goodbyes (SaSu, discord, messages whatever..)
Then rest in bed and lose consciousness.

Bumping this as well. I don't have meto, but I do have olanzapine (I take it nightly for sleep) which is listed in the forum's guide as a viable antiemetic; however, it is not listed in the PPeH. I just want to know if there are any reports or further information on its successful use with SN. Does anybody have further info on this topic? Why was it added to the forum's guide? Where did this information come from?

@3FailedAttemptss from my understanding of olanzapine, the max daily dosage is 20mg (however this is for antipsychotic purposes, not necessarily as an antiemetic). It should take about an hour to start kicking in for nausea/vomiting and around 2 hours for peak effect. If you are not used to it, please keep in mind that it is a relatively strong sedative and might knock you out. When I first took 10 mg at night I could barely walk the next morning, but I don't have that effect anymore as I am used to it. Please take this info with a grain of salt as I am no doctor or expert about this medication.

I used to take 20mg daily for antipsychotic purposes but switched to aripiprazole 20mg daily as my primary antipsychotic. I'm familiar with olanzapine's effects, but I currently stay on a low dose of 5mg daily for sleep. I still have a lot of olanzapine stockpiled.

I'm just wondering what dosage of olanzapine I should take 2 hours prior to SN ingestion. I was going to take 20mg but that's just a guess of what I sometimes take to calm down. I have no clue what the best dosage is for anti-emetic purposes, so I'm wondering if my preexisting 5mg/daily dose would be enough?

bump, need olanzapine info. Its easier to access for me than meto and i know meto doesnt work well for me anyways.
