Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

In the US, yes. I live with my parents currently, but I think they would've told me if my package had arrived.
It should be delivered like anything else. How long has it been since it said delivered?
Would USPS say if they intercepted my package? It seems weird they would tell me that they delivered it if they intercepted it.
If usps delivered it to the correct address, it was successfully delivered, no matter who took delivery of it at the address. It's not like usps checks id's. The package very well may have been just left in the mailbox, or on the porch, and your parent(s) got to it first, and are now trying to figure out what it is. It may have looked sus to them, addressed to you and from a foreign country. Ofc, usps could have delivered it to the wrong address, also. It's possible. Need to call usps and find out where it was delivered.
Do I have to call, like speaking? I hate using my voice.
Yes, I believe so. Unless you can find a form or something on their website to inquire about not receiving your package. Eventually, you may still have to speak with someone "live".
