Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

What am I supposed to do if I can't get my hands on a prescription antiemetic? Also, I have access to alprazolam and ambien. Will taking those help me pass out and avoid any pain before I ctb?
Prescriptions antiemetic's aren't 100% necessary, but from all accounts they are your best chance since it's hard to determine how you will react with high enough SN consumption they are your best bet to make it effective. If you absolutely cannot get prescription strength you could try without (but again raises the risk of vomiting and failing).
Your alparazolam and ambien may help you fall asleep, cannot say for sure it's effects in conjunction with SN. They aren't immediate but you'd want them becoming effective the same time as your SN so it' would be a lot of judgement on how quickly they kick and you would have to time it out...would be difficult to say.
because they are prescription and I have a history of mental health issues, my doctor would be very suspicious if I suddenly came in asking for a new med specifically. They know I have no history of migraines or anything that would warrant an antiem

Nah, I've gotten meto from two different sources on the Clearnet. As for reliability, one I'm fairly certain is authentic, the other not as confident since it came from a semi-shady Indian site.
Is an antiemetic anti nausea medication? Haha I just don't know why people don't say that. Just go to the doctor and tell them you've been having boughts of nausea lately.
