Hey guys,
I recently came across this form and it was very helpful.
I was going to try SN, but I discovered that I need to take Antiemetic, which are only available by prescription, and I haven't been able to get them any way. So my question is, is there any way to ctb using over-the-counter medications? Or a combination of over-the-counter medications that, if mixed together, can be very deadly? Thanks in advance.

Not that I know of. You need too much OTC to even have a chance, which makes it hard, if not impossible, to consume enough. There's no "documentation" as to what *might* work, or combinations that could. Basically, you'd just end up being a guinea pig doing "testing" on yourself. And if it doesn't work, you can expect some, maybe even a lot, of internal organ damage and health effects hat you'll have to live with if you survive. Imo, it's just not worth the risk. It's best to stay with the methods that are, at least, known to work, maybe not 100% of the time (none are 100%), but have a track record of working.

Benadryl and doxylamine mixed with alcohol could be deadly.

Taking above 50 grams of caffeine pills guarantees death but it hurts.

Taking above 10 grams of Benadryl is almost always deadly.

sorry i don't know about your question, but in terms of SN, there's an online pharmacy that sells metoclopramide (an antiemetic) without a prescription. so it might not be as hard as you think to get.

Thank you, man, but I live in a country that somewhat prohibits the purchase of all types of medicines online, even authorized ones

Benadryl OD is a horrifying way to go. I've attempted this way as a child and ended up experiencing hallucinations and an ungodly fear, paired with delirium. What I experienced stuck with me for over a year after my attempt, and I was lowkey traumatized. You completely loose yourself and your sense of what's real/not real on high doses of Benadryl, your last moments will be hell. You can read horror stories of people taking high doses of Benadryl on r/DPH. It can start with something as mild as seeing tons of spiders, and quickly devolve into hell like hallucinations where you see terrifying figures you believe want to cause you harm and great suffering. Benadryl should be steered clear of unless you're okay with experiencing literal horror in your last moments

are prescriptions strictly enforced where you live? I was able to just walk into a pharmacy and get an antiemetic that is supposed to be given by prescription without even being asked for one

I can confirm that caffeine overdose is not pleasant.
I don't want to imagine that. A Starbucks tall Pike is a kick. That's 200 of em.
You're right. I overdosed on caffeine one time. Can confirm it very unpleasant. I suppose if one is desperate and really willing, they could. But I'll sure as heck never do that again.

Depending on the medication, but I think I was able to get an antiemetic

Thank you, man. I had already lost hope that I would ctb using OTC medications

i mean if you could get SN an antiemetic isnt technically necessary, it just keeps you from throwing it up, but i saw a protocol mention to just have another cup ready, so if you do throw up you're still likely to get enough in your system still with the proper dose + following the rest of the protocol. i saw Benadryl being suggested, dont recommend fully ODing on that, but Benadryl does help with nausea, not as good as whats recommended to use, but it does help with motion sickness nausea, i planned on adding some to my mix of my prescribed antiemetics, since the kind i have dont work on the same receptors as the ones recommended, so im just hoping my personal mix would be enough. Benadryl might help make you more sleepy before nausea sets in as well possibly, maybe if timed right, like taking enough where you're getting close to passing out already, then SN before letting yourself rest before the rest starts to work

To my knowledge

Antiemetics are not optional because if you do not eat them, your body will recognize SN as a dangerous substance and try to vomit as a defense mechanism.
As for the story of the second cup, you must bring it whether you took the antiemetics or not, because even if you eat them, the possibility of vomiting remains.

Anyone thinking of using Benadryl, please take a test dose first. It has the opposite effect on me. One of the known side effects is what they call "excitability." It makes me very anxious.
