it depends, are you susceptible to reflux, are you going to be eating beforehand?
if yes it should be on the left, if no then on the right (going off what my doctor told me, he told me to lay on my left side because laying on the right was making reflux worse)
Depends, certain foods cause me to be more bloated than others but fasting should eliminate this problem completelySimilar threads
