From what I understand Sn functions by preventing the ability for blood cells to function. I don't think meds would prevent it being effective.

I could be completely wrong so don't quote me on this

I believe PPH suggests ssris like quetiapine not sure about lithium but in itself lithium is dangerous in an od

Certain psych meds actually replace the need for metoclop. @bunny_brownie9 keep researching. Good luck.
