Should I sit up or lay on my side for sn

Just a question- when I drink sn should I sit up or is it better to lay on my right side? Or does it matter? I've seen posts saying that laying on your right side is best but I've see sitting up is better as well. We have to figure out where to put our backup sn glasses where they are easily accessible and this will play a part in that. Trying to make sure we do everything correctly.

I also saw the scientific info on laying on the right side. I think I'll be mi-sitting mi-laying ( just after taking my first 25g of SN) in my bed on the right side to get SN down, and if I throw up quickly, I'll be in a better position to manage this, with a big resistant plastic bag in my bed too. With a couple of plastic bags as backup, also in my bed.

I think I'll make 3 backup 25g doses of SN/50ml water in little plastic bottles, a little bit closed by cups, and hold them near me in bed. And 1 bottle in my hands, to be easily accessible to drink quickly, and without too much effort for opening the cups.
